Ingredients:

  • Delaviuda crunchy turron
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 200 g mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 3 g salt
  • 3 g pepper
  • Thyme for garnish

Instructions:

  • Chop the crunchy turron into small pieces.
  • Toast the slices of bread in a frying pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  • In a large frying pan over a medium heat, add olive oil and the sliced mushrooms. Sauté until tender and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • In the same frying pan over a medium heat, add a little olive oil and toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Place the crispy bread slices on a plate and add the sautéed mushrooms.
  • Garnish with chopped crunchy turron and fresh thyme.
