 Ingredients:

  • 100 g Delaviuda tender turron
  •  8 slices of artisan bread
  •  3 large eggs
  •  120 ml milk
  •  3 g ground cinnamon
  •  100g fresh red berries
  •  10 ml honey
  •  5 g butter

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, beat 3 eggs, 120 ml milk, 10 g chopped tender turron and 3 g cinnamon until well combined.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture.
  • Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat and melt a little butter. Cook each side of the French toast until golden brown and crispy.
  • Once the French toast is ready, place the slices on individual plates.
  • Scatter the berries over the toast, then pieces of tender turron and a drizzle of honey.
