Delaviuda Confectionery Group (Delaviuda CG), puts at your disposal its ethical channel (the Channel), where you can make queries and report breaches of the provisions of the Code of Ethics, of any other internal rules, or in relation to actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of current mandatory legislation, as well as of European Union Law. You can also make these reports verbally to the Compliance Officer, or in writing to Cardenal Marcelo Spinola, N.º 2, 28016 Madrid, or by email to [email protected]. You can also contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or, where appropriate, similar bodies in the Autonomous Communities.

All reports will be processed by the Compliance Officer, who will be the guarantor of the confidentiality of the information provided and the confidentiality of the identity of the complainant, who will also have the option to make reports anonymously and in all cases under the main premises of prohibition of reprisals, protection of the rights of the reported party, as well as the appropriate processing of the personal data contained in the communication.

The Channel will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and the initial management of the communication will be carried out by an independent, external company, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the processing of the communication.

As part of Delaviuda CG's Internal Information System, we also put at your disposal the Internal Information System Policy and the Internal Information System Management Procedure, documents that you can view through the links to these documents.

The Channel is one of the main sources for detecting and reporting potentially criminal conduct, so it is very important that you use the Channel responsibly. For example, all information related to complaints, claims, unfounded false accusations, interpersonal issues that do not involve a breach and/or belong to the personal and private sphere between individuals, etc., are not considered to be subject to communication.
